About Me

My name is Josh Lee, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice. I earned my Doctor of Education (EdD) in Counselor Education & Supervision from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and I also serve as an adjunct faculty member at Viterbo University.

I also hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Substance Abuse from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, along with additional graduate coursework in Sports Psychology and Exercise Physiology. Additionally, I hold advanced certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and sleep-related disorders, with specialized training in the assessment and treatment of sleep disturbances.

My research interests focus on the integration of exercise as a therapeutic intervention and evidence-based approaches to improving sleep and overall mental health.
