Sport Psychology Services
As both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and endurance athlete, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and sport psychology training to support athletes at every level. With graduate-level coursework in Sport Psychology and Exercise Physiology, experience coaching high school cross-country, and involvement in the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee Mental Health Registry, I understand firsthand the physical and mental demands of training and competition.
I work with athletes to:
Build mental skills for performance, including focus, confidence, and resilience.
Manage race-day stress, anxiety, and pressure with tools that keep the mind calm and clear.
Develop goal-setting strategies to stay motivated through long training cycles.
Use imagery, visualization, and self-talk to enhance training and race execution.
Navigate challenges such as injury, burnout, or transitions in sport and life.
Integrate evidence-based counseling approaches (CBT and psychodynamic therapy for athletes) with applied sport psychology techniques.
Whether you’re preparing for your first race, chasing a personal record, or competing at an elite level, I offer a supportive space to strengthen both mind and body. My approach is designed to help athletes not only improve performance but also foster long-term well-being and balance beyond competition.
