Private Pay Fees for Psychotherapy:

  • This is the initial appointment. Consult and individual will discuss present issues and establish a working relationship

  • up to 60-minutes

  • This is negotiable and based on the needs of the organization.

Substance Abuse Evaluation

I provide substance use evaluations for legal cases (non-Driver Safety Plan-related), including criminal and family law matters, as well as pre-employment screenings and evaluations following a failed drug or alcohol test. The initial evaluation fee is $350 and includes, when applicable, a written report for courts, employers, attorneys, or other authorized parties, as well as a follow-up visit if warranted. An invoice will be provided, and payment is due at the time of the appointment.
